Awards from the weekend for Old Boys cup. A few of our lads managed to get some certificates for some great play. First up was Blake Love, Toby Baker and Leon Wightwick all making the U23 rising stars 5. Next was Matty Pigou being named in the All Star 5 tournament team. 🏆

Final game ended up with a match up between the two Old Boys teams for Bronze. Blue ended up coming out on top. Top scorers for White Blake Love 29, Tyrone Houia 12, Arama Hita 10 and for Blue Matt Pigou 20, Toby Baker 19, Brodie Materoa 15, Tarin Mason 14. An epic finish to an epic weekend.

Two games down. Tough games to start the tournament but great experience for the lads. First game Nayland Old Boys Beat MBCOBs White 93-69 Top Scorers for Nayland Locky Campion 19 and Cayden Masters 15 for MBCOBs White Tyrone Hoiua 24 and Blake Love 15.
Second Game NC Old Boys beat MBC Old Boys Blue. 95-74 top scorers for NC were Rico Varricchio 32 and Jimmy Walker Tahana 21 for MBC Old Boys Blue Matty Pigou 24, Leon Wightwick 13

Congratulations to the Marlborough Boys College Junior A team which finished 6th in Premier Grade at the BBNZ Secondary Schools Zone Tourney in Dunedin. Well done boys!!!!
