Hey Gang! 2 SPOTS just opened up for Fun n Fit Fridays starting FRI OCT 28TH 9-10AM. This is a special class where you will learn how to build and access your upper body strength and marry it with your core properly. Result: beautiful strong, toned arms, upper back and shoulders. This class is a MUST if you've always to build upper body strength, improve your posture and get out of tightness and discomfort in your back and shoulders. It's a small class so I can give individualised attention. We kick-ass then we unwind with yoga afterwards. Cost is $150 for 5 classes. To enrol, message us here :-)
