Strong Side Henderson is a West Auckland based fitness centre that focuses on providing a training environment to promote peak performance and quality coaching for athletes and all people. With a combined 15 years experience in Fitness instruction and Health promotion. We facilitate for 1-on-1 PT, Group Fitness and supervise an open gym for all our members here in our West Auckland Base.

We want to say THANK YOU!!! Our Strong Side Family, all who have come and gone and stayed with us until now... the vision and mission of this journey has always been about you guys. The truth is YOU all gave us a reason to dream first and pursue our passion to create an impact in the health and fitness of so many families in our community! Many lives were changed and countless goals reached!

We have grown to be a tight-knit family and as we farewell this chapter, we will welcome the next and always remember the golden days of the 'Strong Side era' and take with us the memories, lessons and life-long friendships that no money can buy!

From all your coaches, thanks for the TRUST, the commitment and ambition you have shown through the years! You guys deserve the best so always work for it and you always have our support.

They can punch us high, kick us low - it's gonna take more than that to break our soul!
