Wellness and recovery, but make it pretty.

Pilates has always been more than movement for me — it’s a way to reconnect, reset, and feel stronger both physically and mentally. My classes are strong, flowy, and intentionally layered, with a focus on mindful movement, community, and music that helps you fully drop into the experience.

I love creating a space where people can challenge themselves, feel supported, and leave feeling better than when they walked in. Outside of teaching, I love spending time in nature, cooking, and connecting with friends. - Eliza

not only has a charming smile, but she’s genuinely the warmest human you’ll meet. She’s passionate about helping clients leave each class feeling stronger, more confident and their absolute best. She believes mindful movement and intentional breathwork are key to building both physical strength and a deeper connection to your body.

She will take you through slow, controlled movement with carefully layered progressions to create long-lasting strength and results. She loves challenging clients to work towards that true Pilates burn and muscle fatigue, so every workout feels effective, rewarding and purposeful.

Have you ever wondered why our mirrors are wavy, besides making Taina Gavelle look like an angel 😇 ?
💫The asymmetry makes it harder to look at yourself in the mirror. Our intention is not just to create an aesthetic vibe, but to help move your attention away from external validation and invite you to tune inward.
💫Cora is warm, light, and intimate to evoke a sense of pleasure, safety, sweetness, warmth (and fire), love and internal strength.
These are the essences we search for in our practice.
