Tipuānuku Breathwork Workshop honours the Matariki season.

Join Taane and Jason for a deeply grounding experience that honours Tipuānuku the star that iminates grounding into the earth. Take some time to honour rest and rejuvenate via the breath.

Taane Mete and Jason Mobberley guide a 90min journey of the Breathe - Waiata - Karakia and a healing tea ceremony.
A deeply transformative practice that softens the edges and brings to light the spaces in the body.
The powerful connection of the breath reorganises and calibrates the internal and external body and most importantly opens the doorway to feel a
little deeper. Trust the breath and open the heart and feel the response in the body.

Taane has embarked on his song writing journey and incorporates his own songs into the practice.

Taane is a Rongoa Mãori healer, dancer and choreographer, a teacher of yoga, HITT Pilates Pulse and breathwork. Taane presents all of his work at Aro-Ha Retreat in Glenorchy. The internationally acclaimed Wellness Centre, voted number 1 retreat centre in the world.

With over 40 years of movement experience, Taane blends ancient wisdom and traditional themes to offer a holistic approach to creativity and wellbeing.
He descends from Ngati Kahungunu and Ngati Koroki-Kahukura iwi (tribes), and his work incorporates Matauranga Maori (Maori knowledge) into his practice.

Jason Mobberly has explored Breath-work and embodiment practices over the last 4 years that have been a profound part of his personal journey of self-discovery. Breath is one of the most accessible tools that assists in transforming how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Jason guides others with intention to explore and discover with power providing a grounded, authentic, and wholehearted way of living.

Welcoming Sofia Sallee to the Cora team 💫
She’s a Cali girl, has Spanish roots 💃 and fits right into the Mallorcan vibes.
We’ve tried and tested her class and can report back confidently that she is going to be a much loved instructor here.

Sofia has a background in dance and is comprehensively trained in the United States through a 500-hour Pilates certification with Club Pilates, including Reformer, Mat, Springboard, Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Magic Circle, and Spine Corrector.

You will currently see her on Mondays, and every other Sunday 🫰
