Just over year ago we took over and started BBM Ultimate, and I want to say something about that.

This gym already had a good foundation. Good bones, good location, members who cared about it. Our job was to build on that, not tear it down.

So we focused on levelling it up. I wanted to make sure its always cleam. (I am a bit OCD😂). Good old fashioned customer service. New equipment with the gopd old school stuff, a women’s gym, a cardio room, a Recovery Lounge and a Smoothie Bar.

But what I’m most proud of is the vibe we’ve grown here. The community feel. You sense it the moment you walk through the doors and someone greets you like you belong.

That’s what we’ve added to a good thing. And we’re just getting started.

First group training for Triple Threat is done and it did not disappoint.

TRIPLE THREAT TRAINING, SESSION ONE. DONE.

Watched the video back tonight with Cam. Plenty of no reps in there, but the ultimate no rep is sitting on the couch and never starting.

So I’m happy. Haven’t trained like this in a long time. Ten weeks out from event day and heading into summer feeling great.
