12 weeks working with Josefa… and we’ve officially reached a historic moment…. She finally said YES to more food 🤣
And honestly… I’m excited because this is a big milestone. I’ve always said fitness is about:
1. Solving the problem in front of you first.
For most people, that starts by getting lean, creating structure, and proving to themselves they can get consistent results without turning their life upside down.
2. Building for the future, whatever that looks like for the person. Some wanna get huge, some wanna a “toned look” and some just want to a fun life style… 🤷♂️
Can’t wait to see what this next phase brings, appreciate the trust! 🫶
