Manurewa Table Tennis Club is incredibly proud to celebrate Paul Hogan, our dedicated Club Treasurer, who has been awarded Volunteer of the Year by Disability Sport Auckland! 🎉👏
Paul’s contribution to our club goes far beyond numbers and finances. His time, commitment, and behind-the-scenes work help keep our club running and support the inclusive environment we are so proud of. Volunteers like Paul are the backbone of our club, making it possible for people of all abilities to enjoy, participate in, and thrive through table tennis.
This recognition is especially meaningful for our club. Last year, Manurewa Table Tennis Club was honoured to receive Program of the Year from Disability Sport Auckland for our Para Table Tennis Programme. To follow that achievement with Paul receiving Volunteer of the Year this year is something truly special. ❤️
These awards reflect the collective dedication of everyone who believes in the power of sport to bring people together, create opportunities, and change lives. Most importantly, they recognise the people who give their time and energy to make inclusion a reality.
Paul, thank you for everything you do for Manurewa Table Tennis Club and our wider table tennis community. We are grateful to have you as part of our club, and we couldn’t be prouder of this well-deserved recognition!
Also Congratulations to Jospeh Pennalligen and Jerry Zeng nominated as Sportsman of the year and Rookie of the year.
One club, one community, and a shared belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to play. 🏓❤️
Congratulations, Paul! 🎉
