First go at pastrami, I used the recipe from Aaron Palmers channel on YouTube, we then constructed Rueben sandwiches for dinner. Home made sauerkraut and Russian dressing. Only bought the bread and cheese, all in all it was excellent

First cook on the new Ironwood, it was a good test as we had to attend a show in the city. Possibly took the beef ribs a little too far, but there was surprisingly good marbling in a supermarket rack of ribs. Kbay rub, wrapped at 170 with some butter, rub and OG Sauce from Rum and Que. They were damn tasty though

Stopped to pick dinner up at the supermarket and found these nice little lamb rump caps. Spent the afternoon resting in my K-Bay seasoning before getting a reverse sear with a light cherry smoke. They came out beautifully when served with a date and lemon couscous.

Trying something a little different, marinated end of a pork loin roasted a 325F for an hour and a half. Served with curried roast kumara and bacon salad with homemade honey mustard dressing. The peanuts are for pretty.
