One of the things we’re most grateful for at Wing Chun Kuen Auckland is our assistant instructors.
These are students who have been training for years and now give their time to help the younger kids learn. Patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in every child’s progress.
It makes a real difference — both to the kids who are learning, and to the assistants themselves. Teaching is one of the best ways to deepen your own understanding of the art.
Grateful to have such a good group of people around us. 🙏

Chi Sao or sticky hands is a very difficult thing to teach kids but once they get the structure it becomes an extremely rich exercise that’s lot of fun.
