Affordable community yoga classes in the Birkenhead/Northcote area. Ed and Jill are both NZ trained yoga instructors offering yoga to the community.

We offer a Vinyasa style yoga. All levels welcome. Classes are $10/class or buy a 10 class pass for $90. Teens are just $5/class. Classes will be held in the Northcote/Birkenhead area (Northcote War Memorial Hall). BYO mat or please direct message us if you are in need of a mat (as we have some that can be used during class). We accept cash or you can make direct Payment to us - 01-0482-0076007-30

If making payment prior to class or if purchasing a 10 class pass please message us with your name and amount paid so that we can add you into the system. Be sure to follow our page for updates and information on class times.

A few important reminders and notices for this week:
There will be NO Monday evening vinyasa due to the public holiday.
Thursday's yin has been CANCELLED. Ed is away as we were unable to source cover. Apologies for any inconvenience.

There is still Wednesday 5:30 pm vinyasa with Ed and Friday 9 am vinyasa with Jill. Next week will be our full timetable as usual.
