Kicking off Monday the right way! 💪☀️

Started the morning fresh with some standing punch bag action 🥊
Followed by a 1-hour run along beautiful Bucklands Beach 🌊🏃‍♂️
Then hit the Marina gym for an hour of weights 🏋️‍♂️
And wrapped it up with a solid 15 minutes on the sandbag 🥵🥊
