Passionate about the process and obsessed with progress, he brings the same energy to your training as he does to his own.

With a National Academy of Sports Medicine International CPT and years of hands-on lifting experience, Connor combines science-backed knowledge with practical, no-nonsense coaching to get you where you want to be.
