🏔️ MEMBER MENTION: Rachel Knight 🏔️
Rachel joined F45 a few years ago with a simple goal: invest in her health and create a different future for herself.
After watching her dad suffer a major stroke at just 50 years old, she decided to take control of what she could. Since then, she’s built strength, fitness, and confidence one workout at a time.
Recently, Rachel put that hard work to the test, completing her first overnight hike to The Pinnacles with her son, Joe. Along the way, a fellow hiker noticed the tent strapped to Joe’s pack and said, “That’s great… if you know what you’re doing.”
Cue a small internal panic from Mum. 😅
Thankfully, Joe’s response was classic Kiwi: “Don’t worry Mum, we’ll be fine.”
And they were. 💪
What started as a fitness journey became an unforgettable adventure, proving that the strongest thing we build in the gym isn’t muscle, it’s confidence in what we’re capable of.
