Every F45 workout can be tailored to suit your fitness level and ability - whether you’re completely new to training or ready to take your performance to the next level.

🥶 It’s been cold. It’s been wet. It’s been tough going.

But WEEK 3 of LOCKED IN is officially BANKED 🔒🔥

This week brought heavier weights, extra metres, higher targets and plenty of moments where you had to dig a little deeper and push a little harder.

And you did it.

You keep proving to yourselves that YOU CAN.

💪 You can lift the heavier weight.
🏃 You can go that extra distance.
🔥 You can push for that extra calorie.
😮‍💨 You can work hard, challenge yourself and still have a bloody good time doing it.

And we are SO proud of you for showing up and putting in the work, especially when the weather is doing absolutely nothing to help us 😂
