Excellent days training today with Alan Orr and an enthusiastic Seminar Group.

The Seminar focused on the pak and lap sau at various ranges, and the different expression of those two techniques in drill mode, chi sao and free application.

Hugely informative and really helpful material moving forward for all the participants.

We are pleased to announce an Auckland public Seminar from Sifu Alan Orr next Sunday 23rd Jan. from 10-12.30am.

Seminar will be non lineage specific and focused on ‘Understanding The Wing Chun Bridge’.

Seminar cost $40 for the 2.5 hrs.

Warm up, concept explanation and exercises designed to increase the participants understanding of the various ranges of bridge control.
