At REVOLUTION we believe in highly personalised training with individualised programmes REVOLVING around you and your goals. That's why at REVOLUTION, you will receive a free fitness assessment every 4 weeks. This includes body measurements, skinfold body fat analysis, blood pressure and a vO2 max fitness test. Joining up with REVOLUTION also means joining a team, where you can not only build your strength and fitness, but also strong friendships and networks.
