Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes incorporate Kickboxing, Mauy Thai, Boxing and No Rules styles of fighting. These classes will develop your fighting technique, strength, and fitness. The variation of the classes will keep you motivated, and always progressing. A typical class includes technique work, conditioning and sparring. MORE ABOUT US
Shuriken Dojo was founded in 1980 by Shihan Larry Vorster 6th Dan. It currently boasts 8 schools throughout South Africa, and now in New Zealand. Jason Vorster has helped run these schools, with Shuriken has producing numerous South African, and World Kickboxing Champions. Jason Vorster (4th Dan) and Strini Naidoo (3rd Dan) opened the first Shuriken Mixed Martial Arts school in New Zealand in August 2009. FITNESS INSTRUCTORS AND PERSONAL TRAINERS
