Knowing what to do isn't the same as being able to do it.
Most of us already know we should:
Eat more nourishing food
Move our bodies regularly
Get enough sleep
Manage stress
Take time to recover
But knowing isn't usually the problem.
Changing our habits — and making those changes stick — is.
That's why habit change is an important part of my THRIVE programme.
Rather than giving you another list of things you “should” be doing, we'll explore:
✨ Why your current habits exist
✨ What's getting in the way of change
✨ What really matters to you
✨ How to create smaller, achievable changes
✨ How to build consistency without perfection
✨ How to recover when life inevitably knocks you off track
Because the goal isn't to be “good” for 12 weeks.
The goal is to create habits you can still be living six months, one year and five years from now.
🌿 THRIVE is personalised to you and your starting point, with 1:1 coaching throughout the programme.

Testimonial from Thrive participant:
am so glad I found Ingrid and her program. It was just what I needed at a time when I realised I really needed to change something before it was too late.
I have struggled with my weight and diet for 20 + years and was starting to become concerned about cardiovascular disease and pre-diabetes.
This programme provided me with exactly what I needed to reset my relationship with food. It has been a very empowering experience.
Within the first two weeks I noticed the 'aches and pains' that I had disappeared and these haven't returned. I was also having frequent hot flashes -4-6/ day and night, these went within the first two weeks as well. Inflammation around my stomach is noticeably reduced; I've lost 7 kgs so far, but the biggest change has been my ability to easily change and sustain a new relationship with food.
I didn't think I had the discipline. I'm no longer fearful of cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
Thank you so much! Adrienne
