Today we said goodbye to Bella cat. Or Pilates cat as she was so well known. She was heading fast towards 17 years old but slowed down a lot this late couple of months she's going to leave a very big fluffy hole in our lives.

I'm 2 days post knee replacement. I can already bend past 90°, weight bearing and walk up and down stairs. Physio, anesthetist and surgeon all very pleased. Said surgery was easy due to my being pretty mobile before.
Pilates works!!! I wouldn't be in such a good starting place without it I don't think!

Due to class being empty this week Thursday morning class has been pushed back to 9th February as a start date for the year.
Tuesday evenings classes will not run in term 1 sorry. Back term 2.

Tuesday evening class will be on here for the 2 weeks of the school holidays (4th and 11th October)
These will be run on an 'honesty payment' basis when you next see me.
