This time of year is always very special for our community at CrossFit Hibiscus Coast.

4 years ago - we lost our ‘Brother’ & ‘Great Mate’ Coach Harley Fowler.

We Celebrate, Remember & Pay Tribute to this absolute legend with his very own WOD ‘HARLEY’

At CrossFit Hibiscus Coast we are very serious about our training.

Our Program day in day out places a BIG FOCUS on the 10 key elements of Fitness - Cardio Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed,
Co-Ordination, Agility, Balance & Accuracy…

However just as important as these 10 is making sure we have the hidden 11th & arguably most important element covered - FUN!!!
