Anna joined our "Reclaim Your Fitness" intro program last month and absolutely smashed it!
She went from;
-35 to 47 squats in 1 minute
-4min to 5min plank
-7 to 15 pull ups (green/ purple band)
-25 to 30 push ups
On top of that Anna has become one of those die hard gym peeps that wakes up at 5 to get to our 5.45am classes.
