Every Thursday night our avid students gather together and train the wooden long pole and eight-cutting knife/butterfly blade. Weaponry in Wing Chun is an extension of our arms; we can apply weaponry forms and foundation skills into our empty hand to add to the list of moves we can do in a spar. Lots of fun every night!

This dinner concludes our busy 2018 year for our instructors. So grateful to have these fine people at our school as instructors and friends of Sifu Bruce. Thank you all for your hard work and support as always and wish all a very very, merry Christmas and a even greater year ahead. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you to those that came today to the annual gathering for Bruce Cheng Wing Chun Martial Arts school :) It was great to see both old and new faces mingle. There was our usual warm up, "pick a favourite to spar" session, some demonstrations and of course, food! Already looking forward to our next gathering. I think the best part of it was being able to feel the school's vibrance, creating such an encouraging and supportive atmosphere for one another.
