Our Ultimate movement mashup is a high-energy workshop blending aerogym, dance, gymnastics, acro, fitness and stretching - all designed to build confidence, coordination and creativity. Kids will learn new skills, make friends and express themselves through movement in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your child loves to tumble, dance or just move to the beat, this 6 week workshop is the perfect way to stay active, gain strength and shine!

That’s a wrap for NZ Gymnastics Nationals 2025..
Congratulations to my individual finalists who made their presence shine on stage and received proficiency.

Couldn’t be more proud as their coach to watch their progression throughout the year and see all those beautiful moments on stage..we will be enjoying some rest for a week and kick back into training for Term 4.
