GIRLS IN PARKOUR - FREE TERM!

Have you got a girl who’s keen to give parkour a go?

We’re working with Sport Auckland to provide a free term of Girls in Parkour classes at Flow Pakuranga 🙌

📍 Flow Pakuranga
📅 Saturdays OR Sundays
⏰ 11:45am–12:30pm
👧 Year 9–13 girls

We need to get commitment from enough girls to secure the funding!

You don’t need to have done parkour before - beginners are very welcome!

THERE’S AN OPEN DAY COMING UP AT FLOW PAKURANGA!

If you’re in East Auckland and have been wondering what happens inside the Flow walls, come along and check us out!

We’re opening the doors for a FREE one-hour session where you can watch our coaches showcase their skills, then get stuck in and have a go yourself.

Expect plenty of movement, some impressive tricks, and the chance to try the equipment, meet our coaches and find out which Flow class might be right for you.

JD Studios will also be joining us!
Our resident dance studio will be showcasing some of their awesome dance disciplines and adding even more movement to the morning.

Join us for a FREE one-hour session where our coaches will kick things off with a showcase of our Flow disciplines inc Parkour, Tricking, Tumbling, Circus, Dance & Breaking

Then it’s your turn! Kids and adults can get on the equipment, have a play, try some new skills, meet our coaches and ask any questions about our classes.

Our resident physios from Good Physio will be there with a massage table, strapping station, Dynamo testing and more, so you can get a taste of how we help you move, perform and stay active.

We are taking bookings NOW for our Spring School Holiday Programme!

28th September - 9th October at both our Albany and Pakuranga branches

Flow holiday programmes are filled with variety, fun, games and workshops.

The days are run in segments with every day having different activities on including Talent Quests, Mind Games, Flow Olympics, Speed Course, Ninja Warrior, as well as Workshops in all your favourite Flow disciplines (Parkour, Tumbling, Tricking, Breaking, Circus, Tramp, Calisthenics)

Full day (8am - 4:30pm): $60
Half day morning (8am - 12pm): $45
Half day afternoon (1pm - 4:30pm): $45

Ages: 5-12 years

Sibling / multi-day discount: 5% (applies when booked together)

Bookings at both branches can be done via our website. Spaces fill fast, book now to avoid missing out.
