Public holiday = an all-day volleyball mission as always!
Made the trip down to Hamilton for a one-day tournament at The Peak, Rototuna, hosted by Poly Flex.
Came up just short in the final, finishing as runners-up overall. What a day! An awesome tournament from start to finishโฆ although a $250 entry fee with no prize money is definitely a labour of love. ๐๐
Still - Good volleyball, good vibes, and even better company.
Huge congratulations to all the Auckland teams that made the playoffs, and a special shout-out to the brothers from Orcas for taking the dub. Well deserved, boys! ๐๐ฝ๐
Alsoโฆ apologies to everyone tuning into the livestream! It cut out before the final whistle, and no, it wasnโt because we lost the final. ๐ Our media teamโs phones finally waved the white flag after surviving six straight livestreams. ๐๐ซก
