EXAM TIP #4 — Be Organised for Exam Day! 🩰

A little organisation can make exam day feel much less stressful! 💗

✓ Arrive with plenty of time to spare
✓ Double-check your uniform, shoes and hair before leaving home
✓ Bring a water bottle
✓ Make sure you’ve removed all jewellery
✓ Pack everything the night before so your exam morning feels calm and relaxed!

The more organised you are, the more relaxed and confident you’ll feel when it’s time to dance! ✨

Performed by Flame, our oldest team from the Dynamix Collective Programme.

Our second release from this year’s film project. A piece that allowed our dancers to step into a different environment, work with the camera, and be part of a professional filming experience.

We’re excited to finally share the finished result and are incredibly proud of the work this team put into bringing it to life. ✨

✓ Get plenty of sleep
✓ Drink lots of water
✓ Eat well and fuel your body
✓ Give your body time to rest
✓ Look after any sore muscles or tiredness
