A big thank you to everyone who helped make the 80 strong novice competition happen over the weekend and a huge congratulations to everyone that competed.

was kind enough to award the best male and female lifters for the day (based on IPF points) each a $100 voucher for their store.

It’s been a while but we’re happy to be back open from this Friday, for anyone who is doubled vaccinated and has their vaccine pass.
