RepEffect training has officially begun for 2013! We are already into our 4th week of an 8 week challenge. Here's a video showing corporate business' such as Fonterra, Westpac, Goodman Fielder, TVNZ and No1 High St prioritizing exercise during their lunch breaks. RepEffect is currently taking registrations for the next challenge in April. All this training leads to the big challenge of the year 'Auckland's Toughest Company'. Anyone interested in putting forward a team get in touch with Dave or myself. :)
