No this is not a ghost posting 😂
Given the sudden abundance of free time most of us have, it might not be a bad idea to meet some fitness goals we've been putting off for a few weeks/months/years.
I'll go first, given I'm a qualified PT I'm embarrassed to admit I've let myself get to the point that I have man b***s and love handles and put on 20kg. But it is what it is and what better time to sort that than when I've got a few spare weeks of not much to do lol.
Comment if you want to share you goals, or if you've got any questions about what workouts you can do without any equipment. I'm happy to share the current basic workout I've incorporated into my daily walk if anyone is interested.
And no I'm not going to charge anyone for any info/workouts etc. I'm fortunate enough to be paid by my employer in the meantime, so why not offer something free to people that are struggling at this time, and what better gift than something that has so many benefits mentally and physically.
