1. Track your workouts
You can’t improve what you don’t track. You won’t remember every set and rep, so write it down. Progress only happens when you’re actually trying to beat what you did last time.

2. Ask for help
You’re a beginner - act like it. What’s holding you back isn’t lack of ability, it’s ego. Most experienced people are happy to help because they started exactly where you are.

3. Build discipline
Motivation is temporary. It disappears after a few weeks. Discipline is what gets you in the gym when you don’t feel like it and that’s where results come from.

4. Be intentional
Random effort = random results. Expensive memberships or PT sessions don’t guarantee progress. Results com from having a plan and actually following it - not just from showing up.

5. Be patient
Your body doesn’t change in days - it changes in reps. Imagine that every workout gets you 0.5% closer to your goal. If it happened fast, most people wouldn’t know how to maintain it. Good things take time.
