Dear Vital Reform Members,

 

We wanted to personally share some important news with you about Vital Reform and our next chapter.

 

After a great deal of thought and consideration, we have made the decision to close the Vital Reform brand and finish its collaboration with Vitality Lab, a decision we have not made lightly. The current space is no longer suitable for our needs, so it is time for a change, with our last day being 30 September 2026 - then the new chapter begins!

 

What started as a business became a wonderful community, and we feel incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through the doors, trusted us, supported us, and shared a part of their journey with us. We are grateful for the relationships we have built together. Many of you have been with us for years, and your loyalty and support means more to us than we can put into words.

 

We are especially grateful for our instructors that helped us to make it happen, and our collaborations with them will continue.

 

We will keep you updated as plans for the new location develop. In the meantime, Vital Reform will continue operating as usual at the current location until 30 September 2026.

 

We will also be in touch individually regarding any memberships, packages or other arrangements, to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible. Please make sure you use all the passes.

 

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of Vital Reform. We are incredibly proud of what we have created together.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR VITALITY LAB ✨

We have some very exciting news…

Vitality Lab is moving! 🖤

We’re still finalising our new home, so we’re not quite ready to reveal all the details just yet… 👀

But what we can tell you is that this next chapter feels so incredibly aligned.

Our new space is going to be about so much more than training.

It’s about healing through flow and laughter.
About movement, strength, wellness, connection, joy — and creating a space where you can come exactly as you are.

Before we step into this next chapter, we want to say thank you.

Thank you to every single person who has chosen us.

Every person who has walked through our doors, trusted us, moved with us, laughed with us, challenged themselves with us, shared their stories and brought something of their own into our space.

Everything you have brought to Vitality Lab has helped shape where we are heading. ❤️

People often think they come to us to learn.

But I have always believed it’s actually the other way around.

You teach us.

Every person, every body, every story and every experience has helped shape the way we see movement, healing and what Vitality Lab can be.

And now, this new alignment of where we are going feels SO GOOD.
 

We'll be moving on the 31st October 2026, and will be in touch soon with more details. Your memberships and packages will be transferable to our new home.

We have never owned scales so you can't weigh yourself.

We 100% focus on happiness, fun, the breath and good positive patterns in the body.

We encourage you to pause and create space to find your flow

We then teach strength 💪 around that space.
We encourage you to lift heavy around your calmest quietest space

We teach you how to adore what you are doing in that moment. To explore calm through movement.

Lyn Marie is proof this works, she embodies our ethos and she mirrors our brand.

But you have to work hard to create this and she came to us with a long list of health issues and I am so proud of her.
She listens and then she goes away and integrates it into her life.
The picture speaks 1000 words, but what you cant see is what she has healed.
What you can see is the happiness she now radiates

She has had to front alot of stumbling blocks on the way, but she has bravely figured it out.
(This space will always evolve)

Happiness is healing, it is absolutely your health and it ripples to others around you.
