Founded in1992, Mark Stewart established the Fighting Fit Academy with the sole purpose of teaching the ethos and disciplines of Ashihara Karate. 17 years on, the FFA has evolved into a comprehensive school offering core martial art disciplines including Karate, Thai Kick Boxing and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu.
