Woke up at 2.30am yesterday to climb the Mt Batur in Bali (1,717m), an easy stroll up in the dark hoping to get a beautiful sunrise...which didn't happen but still enjoyed the view from the top.😊

I will have to come back another year to climb the Mt Agung as it is currently for annual ceremony.

There are days it feels good to give some rest to your bofy in between training sessions so that it can repair itself properly—and come back stronger. But that doesn't mean you need to avoid all activities during your rest day.

💥This week, big shoutout to Sarah who came to me 8 weeks to transform her body for her wedding at the end of April. Not only she achieved a lot but she also also keep the biggest smile on her face through the hard moment of our training sessions. Keep up the great work! 👊
