WEEK 1 ✅

What an epic start to SoLat BOOTCAMP!
MONDAY - Functional (classic SoLat training, EMOMs, tabata, rounds for time with equipment)
TUESDAY - Sprintervals. Fast pace work and rest running workouts. Maximum heart rate action!
WEDNESDAY - Enduro. We go for long partner workouts mid week
THURSDAY - Steady State. Running bases low and slow workouts to flush the body and help recovery.
FRIDAY - Functional.

SOLAT OUTDOOR 🌳
Our first park session was great!We meet at the club 10mins before the session, distribute any equipment (thoroughly sanitised and distanced) and either train outside the gym or in Auckland domain next door.
There’s nothing like getting the sun on your skin and cool breeze on you back to make you feel great so book in your session now!

Check out the stats! SoLats first virtual run challenge was a roaring success. Collectively we covered 220km. 🤩
What’s more impressive is the extra training and diligence that went into competing this event. In a time where it can be tough just getting out of bed, challenges like this bring some sense of routine back into our lives.
We’ll done everyone!

LOCKDOWN THROWBACK 🔒
The first online class took place in the gym where it was all about backpacks. The second was on the road in front of Lake Taupo the day we entered the first Level 4. Then we spent two months training in a garage in Waikanae!
This shows that we can do anything. Whatever the next few weeks throws at us, we will adapt and keep pushing forward 💪🏾
