One of my epic clients and good friends going for the kill with a nasty head kick. What a fight! All in preparation for a rematch and title fight and XFC 22 November 1st in Brisbane. Time to get back to training in preparation for another big fight and getting ready bring the belt home to Lil old New Zealand where it belongs!

A snail goes into the car dealer to buy a new car. When he does buy the car he has specific instructions for the dealer.
'I want you to give it a paint job'
'Sure what colour'
'I want you to paint a big red S on the hood,the doors,the roof and the trunk' instructs the snail.
'Sure thing, but why?' Asks the dealer.
So that when I drive up and down the Main Street people look at me and say ' hey look at they S CAR GO!'

Thought about trying them for some good ol' protein but chicken was the more stomach able choice!!
