True Pilates NZ is a boutique studio situated in Grey Lynn, Auckland, operated by US-certified instructor Helen Leahy. True Pilates NZ was founded in 2007 by Helen upon returning from travel and studeis of Pilates Facilities around the world. "It is important that clients feel a sense of relaxation when they walk in, ready to focus their mind and body", says Helen.

Instructors need to be fully certified in all apparatus. A minimum of 2 years experience required. The studio is fully equipped with Gratz equipment.

True Pilates NZ had a special visit from newly certified instructor Maritza from Texas today. Just a short visit to NZ for the first time, hopefully not the last!
I thoroughly enjoyed taking Maritza for a lesson this morning. We ironed out all the tightness from those long flights!
