Ask any swimmer what they use most - it’s the streamline.

It’s a simple shape: one hand on top of the other, arms squeezed tight above the ears, body long and straight, head tucked down, and long pointy toes kicking fast.

Every time a swimmer pushes off the wall, that’s the position we want.

Done well, it lets them glide through the water and carry real momentum into their first strokes.

And it never stops being useful, from a beginner’s first push and glide right through to advanced swimming, diving and turns.
