Meet Josh.

If you’ve spent any time around SwimTastic, chances are you’ve already met him.

Josh is one of our coaches and supervisors and has been part of the team for the past five years. Originally from London, he made the move to New Zealand with his family and now proudly calls it home.

He’s one of those coaches the kids look for as soon as they walk through the doors.

Patient, calm, and always encouraging, Josh has a knack for helping swimmers feel comfortable in the water and confident in themselves. Whether it’s a nervous first lesson or fine-tuning a stroke, he takes the time to make sure every swimmer feels supported.

We’re pretty lucky to have him on the team.

Here’s what’s on at SwimTastic these school holidays. ☀️

Holiday Programme: Monday to Thursday blocks with a 30-minute class each day. Swimming daily is where the progress comes from - four days in a row builds technique and confidence faster than one lesson a week, and the kids have a blast doing it. Open to all levels.

Clinics: 40-minute sessions that zero in on one part of swimming at a time. These holidays we’re running Breaststroke, Butterfly, Dive and Turn clinics - for Bronze level and above- running only during the school holidays. A focused, supportive space to really sharpen one skill.

Spaces are limited over the break.
