What an amazing weekend for supporting mental health awareness 🙏

Massive shout out to Rhi & Jess for winning the Top female division at
A excellent competition that promotes mental toughness and resilience, overall supporting mental health.

Another epic achievement and a huge shout out to Beau, who completed a 25KM walk with a weighted vest on. In support of men’s mental health 💪❤️

We are support proud of our members and their dedication to support and create awareness around mental health

LETS GO JORDAN‼️

Hey Team! One of our very own Jordan Viljoen, has started her international journey in Athletics. Let’s bring our Raw Strength spirit and support her journey to represent New Zealand at the Oceania Championships.

We will be hosting a workout fundraiser on Sunday the 12th of April, at 9am.

$15 per person and all funds will go directly to supporting Jordan’s trip to Darwin.
