We had such an incredible (and incredibly hot) morning at the on Sunday! These ladies were all amazing and hugely encouraging as per usual. Our first event for 2020 is done and dusted and we are feeling super inspired for the next one. On this day, 3 years ago, we had the first ever Zest session! Three years on, we love our Zest family more than we ever thought possible. Here’s to many more sweaty Saturday’s, mid-week boxing and circuit madness, retreats, dinners, running events and laughs.
