Some key things early on to note in preparation of your visit to the cambered highways of Northland:

🏠 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗯𝘆 - there is a NPC rugby game on Saturday night, so make sure your accommodation is sorted. There will be more people from out of town this year.
🍨𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 - until the 31.07.2026 if you enter Clubmans and pay for Day One, you will receive Day Two as a complimentary gift. How good is that!
🤔 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 - if you are only doing only One Day, you can choose Day One or Day Two. You can thank Kingsley Jones for this great idea 👏
👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - please make an effort to be at the Mayoral Welcome on Thursday night, this is how we show the WDC our appreciation of the their support.

It wasn't all smooth sailing for en route to the podium at Lone Star/Joe's Garage - Canterbury Rally, here in stage two he managed to break the gear lever, but despite having a severly shortened stump to change with, only dropped a handful of seconds!

Because it's Friday and we've still got that rally feeling, we thought we'd hand out a few slightly less serious awards from the Lone Star/Joe's Garage - Canterbury Rally, for which our recipients can give themselves a self-applied pat on the back.

The 'It Flew Off' award really requires very little explanation, because, well, it flew off. Pictured is 𝗔𝗿𝗶 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘄 & 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀, who's roof vent decided it wasn't as brave as these boys clearly are en route to 241.1km/h.
