A friends and family day retreat with Yumi

This is a day for couples, parents & teens, friends or siblings to connect, nourish and restore.

This retreat includes:

- Gentle Yoga with pranayama (Breathing exercise)
- Restorative Yoga with Crystal singing bowl Sound bath
- Massage, Reflexology
- iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yumi Drozdowski is an experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher who specialises in family well-being. Her passion is to share deep and healing practices with knowledge and gentle care.

Yumi is a certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and is also Imago Therapy Facilitator. She currently offers Yoga & Meditation for Hospital staff workplaces, in schools and online.
