One of my PT groups have just kicked off a modified version of the 75 Hard Challenge - modified to better accommodate our long term goals and ensure we understand why each of the behaviours provide better holistic health outcomes.
If you have a group of friends or whanau, and you’re wanting to support each other to become improved versions of yourselves - hit me up. I can accommodate one or two more small groups over the next six months x

Im hosting a Pink Ribbon champagne breakfast for our Foxy Whānau on Friday the 24th of May.

A proportionally high number of our Ladies have gone through scares, diagnosis and various treatments over the last few years so it’s fitting we raise funds for this very worthy cause.

Tickets are $65 and includes a high tea style breakfast, a pink ribbon top and a donation on your behalf . BYO bubbles so I don’t need to get a special license.

Limited capacity - tickets are available to Foxy members in the first instance and if there is still space I’ll open it up in a week or so.

Message me to reserve your spot and either book the day off or start dreaming up a mysterious illness so you can call in sick. We can make it a morning of snacking and sipping and singing and s**t-talking!!!

Your health is obviously important but stress, fear, worry and lack of sleep are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness, peace and a bit of fresh air are the best medicines.

We’re trading in the barbells for some bubbles, and hosting a CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST to support this important kaupapa that has affected a number of our Foxy Whanau.

Strictly limited numbers (preference for any extra spaces given to peeps who can make yummy stuff), and a limited edition merch drop coming.

Enjoyed a good reset over Easter which included venturing to Ngawha Springs for a soak, and came out smelling like “poos and eggs”, according to some chatty and rather observant pre-schooler that was wandering around.
Funny fact - our parents used to own the neighbouring hotel and I never once went to the pools because they were stink and paru, plus we had our own bore and spa…. They’ve done a great job doing them up and being there reminded me of some of the stupid fights we used to get into with the neighbours, namely the parents when they were being c***s to their kids and my sister and I couldn’t mind our own business🤣🤣
