Train Your Handles Like This 🧠🏀

Every drill has a purpose.

Move the ball fast to the floor…
and get it back just as fast.

Control it while it’s in your hand.
Manipulate it. Don’t just dribble it.

Lock in your stance:
Feet. Hips. Positioning.

And don’t stand still,
be moving, changing directions, staying in control.

Because real ball handling isn’t stationary.
It’s being comfortable anywhere on the court,
without losing your vision.

That’s how you level up. 🔥
