Train Your Handles Like This šŸ§ šŸ€

Every drill has a purpose.

Move the ball fast to the floorā€¦
and get it back just as fast.

Control it while itā€™s in your hand.
Manipulate it. Donā€™t just dribble it.

Lock in your stance:
Feet. Hips. Positioning.

And donā€™t stand still,
be moving, changing directions, staying in control.

Because real ball handling isnā€™t stationary.
Itā€™s being comfortable anywhere on the court,
without losing your vision.

Thatā€™s how you level up. šŸ”„

How to Actually Improve Your Handle šŸ€

It starts simple.

Hours of justā€¦ pounding the ball.

At first?
Look at the ball.

Thatā€™s how you build hand-eye coordination
and understand what your hand is actually doing.

Then slowly:
Look up ā†’ look down ā†’ look up more

Until you can control it without thinking.

Especially for your weak hand,
watch it, learn it, copy your strong hand.

People rush this part.

But real handles?
