From people living in temperate New Zealand to the tropical Desert of Dubai we cater for all individual needs. At Foot Traffic Endurance Sport Coaching we support you in the journey towards crossing the finish line. We provide Custom Coaching and have pre-made plans for many

different events....

We have experienced Triathlon New Zealand, Ironman and Training Peaks Certified Coaches on staff. You can either purchase and download a Training Plan from our online store or sign up to be a Subscription Member of the Foot Traffic Training Lab and gain access to any of our Training Plans to add to your own calendar and train for your next event. You can add, switch or modify any plan as often as you like. We have a 14 Day Risk Free Trial to our Subscription Memberships so you can sign up and see if you like what we have before committing further. We have a plan for you, regardless of whatever you are training for (and if we don't have one just ask and we will build one for you):

Ironman, Ironman 70.3, Challenge, Olympic Distance Triathlon, Sprint Distance Triathlon, Marathon, Half Marathon, Duathlon

TriDot and Ironman have officially gone their separate ways — and we believe this is good news for both coaches and athletes.

As Ironman Certified Coaches since the start, we’ve always valued the bespoke, athlete-first approach that makes coaching truly effective. Without being tied to one software platform, all Certified Coaches now have the freedom to use the tools that best serve their athletes.

We're hopeful this will also mean continued investment in the Ironman Coaching Certification program, helping coaches stay at the top of their game while promoting athlete welfare and the health of the sport.

Technology can enhance training, but it’s the coach–athlete connection that creates success stories.
