After our announcement in May of our merger with PCR, we are finally saying goodbye to our incredible league ARDL as we head into the new year.

From international tournaments to home team games, it has been an eventful 14 years since our founding members created this amazing community; full of support, competitions, bruises, hard-fought leads and lockdowns - these pictures only show a tiny snippet of the colourful history of our league and the members who made it so.

As hard as it is to say goodbye to our league and chapter of roller derby in Aotearoa, we are incredibly excited as we move forward, together with our new teamies, as the Volcanic City Rollers.

👻 vs 🧛‍♀️ Halloween bout 2024 🤍🖤

Thank you to everyone who come out to watch and support women’s refuge safe nights 💙💜 and the and skaters who came along to play with us 🖤🧡

Congrats to the ghosts who came away with a close win 💪 as well as all our MVPs from each side!

Finally a massive thank you to all our refs and NSOs who came along, dressed up and made the game happen! 💙
