At Auckland Football our aim is to provide high quality formal and informal development opportunities for coaches of all levels by creating learning environments that are relevant, applicable and learner-centred. We believe that this will then lead to high quality experiences for the players in our footballing community. Coaches wanting to gain national qualifications can progress their learning f

ormally through the NZF Coach Education Pathway, which has clearly defined pillars for coaches to become experts in their chosen field. The informal learning opportunities provided through the Auckland Football Coaches Network (AFCN) offer coaches additional workshops and events to development their coaching and football knowledge.
