Join me in my journey to become a qualified Personal Trainer through my study with Fit College NZ. For years, both playing and coaching Hockey in Hamilton, I have created the illusion that I know what I'm talking about... now its time to put it to the test and see if I've been blowing smoke. I have spent the last few years in training to become a more successful Hockey Player, and am keen to help

others do the same through developing and implementing personalised sports-specific plans. Outside of sport, I am keen to help anyone who has a goal in mind and wants help getting there!
