Ake started her boxing journey for her mental health and has never looked back👍🏻 She has been boxing for 4 years and has been involved with boxing since she was little.

As some of you may have heard our amazing Beau will be finishing with us Thursday 31st October after nearly 4 years.

We have been chatting for a while with Beau about his desire to pivot to his first love which is boxing.

Beau will be sorely missed but goes with our great appreciation for all he has contributed to our business and with our very best wishes for this next phase in his career.
