I am a proud born and bred Aucklander, and son to parents who travelled from the Fiji Islands to New Zealand for a better life. Sports and exercise have always been a large part of my life, I play in several touch modules, enjoy the

outdoors and run various group/team training sessions. Trainer:
Having me as a trainer will not only give you an increase exercise knowledge base but I will also make you accountable for showing up to the gym each week and working hard to reach your goals you have set for yourself. You will be able to track your progress weekly in the gym but also start to notice changes in your mood, daily routines and eating habits, which will all help in keeping you motivated to keep up with the exercise. A large part of this motivation stems from the attention and focus I will give to you and will form the foundations of a good training relationship. Most of my clientele have been referrals from former or current clients who were happy with the results, training style and personality I offer. Each session usually lasts around 45minutes, giving you another 15minutes to have a shower, get changed and have a snack before your next appointment. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility or other activities depending on what your goals are. I will show you how to do the exercises, help you figure out how much weight to use and give you pointers for getting the most out of each exercise.
