We are launching a new Boxing program called www.Boxing101.nz
It is a 16 Week Beginners Training Program
1) You select a team, Blue Team or Red Team
2) Learn boxing skills and technique together, learn how to use the weightlifting gym and get into the best shape of your life.
3) After the 16 weeks - Blue Team will fight the Red Team. Everyone will be first timers in the ring, and everyone will be fighting someone of equal ability. (Participating in the fight night is optional).
Here is your opportunity to learn boxing step by step, train as a team with a common goal, and have your first fight experience (whether for fitness, a one-off, or maybe you plan on pursuing it long term...).
