2nd Spring Beyblade X Tournament Auckland | Season 3 | Results!!!

22 players joined us on 10 October for another BBNZ tournament, competing under BCS Zero with the BX-10 Extreme Stadium.

And this time, we saw something we don't get to see very often.

A PLATINUM FINISH! πŸ†

We also had some great performances from our younger players, a familiar face returning after months away, and a newcomer making his way into the Top 8.

There's quite a bit to talk about from this one!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‘ SWISS KING

Tom Penny takes Swiss King with a perfect 6 and 0 record!

Tom has been one of our strongest and most consistent players for years, regularly making the Top 8 and challenging for podium finishes.

But this time, nobody could stop him during Swiss.

Six rounds, six wins, and the number one seed heading into the finals.

Of course, getting through Swiss undefeated is one thing. Staying undefeated throughout the playoffs is another.

And Tom wasn't finished yet.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

And now for the day's results!

πŸ₯‡ 1st Place
πŸ† Tom Penny

A PLATINUM FINISH! πŸ†

Tom went the entire tournament without losing a single match!

After finishing Swiss 6 and 0, he defeated Luke Reyes 4 to 2 in the quarterfinals, Bailey Sharma 4 to 3 in the semifinals, and Ryan John Thompson 4 to 3 in the Grand Final.

That makes nine consecutive match victories, an undefeated Swiss record, and the tournament championship.

A Platinum Finish under the BBNZ system!

What's interesting is that his last two matches both went down to 4 to 3. Bailey and Ryan certainly didn't make it easy for him.

We've seen Tom work his way towards the top over the years, and after finally claiming his first BBNZ gold earlier this year, he's now added a Platinum Finish to his achievements.

Congratulations Tom! Very well deserved.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ₯ˆ 2nd Place
πŸ₯ˆ Ryan John Thompson

Only his SECOND BBNZ tournament, and he's already made it to the Grand Final!

Some of you might remember Ryan making his debut at our Final Winter Tournament in August, where he finished fourth overall.

Well, he came back and went even further this time.

Ryan finished Swiss with an impressive 5 and 1 record, placing second overall before defeating Josh Wyatt 4 to 2 and Jacob Hancox 4 to 3 to reach the Grand Final.

He then pushed an undefeated Tom Penny right to the limit, narrowly losing 4 to 3.

We've already got Ryan Smith, who's been one of our most consistent top players for a long time. Now we've got another Ryan making his presence known!

Two tournaments, two Top 4 finishes, and now a silver medal.

Not a bad start at all, Ryan. We're looking forward to seeing how far you can go.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ₯‰ 3rd Place
πŸ₯‰ Jacob Hancox

This one deserves some attention.

Jacob is only SEVEN years old!

Jacob travelled all the way from Cambridge with his dad Chris and brother Uriah to compete at BBNZ.

Unfortunately, Uriah wasn't able to participate this time following a scooter accident, but it was still great to have the family there.

And all that practice with his dad and brother is clearly paying off!

Jacob finished Swiss with a 4 and 2 record, qualified sixth, and went on to defeat Gian Monico Ruiz 4 to 3 in the quarterfinals.

He then came incredibly close to reaching the Grand Final, narrowly losing to Ryan John Thompson 4 to 3.

That left the bronze medal match against Bailey Sharma, which Jacob won 4 to 1!

What really stands out about Jacob is how well he adapts to different opponents and situations.

At just seven years old, he's competing against players who are much older, bigger and stronger, yet he's finding ways to win through his decisions and adaptability.

It's something we love seeing at BBNZ.

It seems Beyblade X doesn't need separate age brackets for younger players to be competitive. Everyone competes together under the same rules, and everyone has an opportunity to succeed.

Congratulations Jacob! Third place against this field is an incredible achievement, and we're sure Chris and Uriah are proud of you!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⭐ TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Bailey Sharma | 4th Place

Another Top 4 finish for Bailey!

Bailey has been one of our strongest younger competitors for quite some time now, having previously reached the Grand Final and regularly finding himself among the top players.

He finished Swiss with a 4 and 2 record before defeating Ryan Smith 4 to 1 in the quarterfinals.

His run eventually ended against Tom Penny in a very close 4 to 3 semifinal, followed by a loss to Jacob in the bronze medal match.

It's been great watching Bailey and his group of friends, including Frank Briggs, Mason Wiles, Arthur Cameron and Mino Kim, continue to develop through regular practice and competition.

They're certainly not making things easy for the older players!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Josh Wyatt | Welcome Back!

It was really good to see Josh back at BBNZ after being away since the beginning of the year due to his union work commitments.

And he certainly didn't come back just to make up the numbers!

Josh finished Swiss with a strong 4 and 2 record, placing seventh and qualifying for the Top 8.

He eventually finished sixth overall after reaching the placement matches.

Considering how long he's been away from competitive Beyblade, that's a pretty solid return.

Welcome back Josh! Great having you around again, and hopefully we'll be seeing more of you at future tournaments.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Gian Monico Ruiz | New Player Spotlight

A big welcome to Gian Ruiz, making his BBNZ tournament debut!

Gian wasted no time getting involved, finishing his very first Swiss stage with a 4 and 2 record and qualifying THIRD overall!

He even took his quarterfinal match against Jacob Hancox all the way to 4 to 3 before narrowly missing out on the semifinals.

Gian eventually finished eighth overall, but qualifying third at your very first tournament is definitely something worth recognising.

Welcome to BBNZ, Gian! Hope you enjoyed your first tournament with us.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘ A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR REFEREES AND VOLUNTEERS!

A quick shoutout to Luke Reyes, Shane Laurie, Owen Garrett and Carl Reynolds and Alex Billings for helping keep everything running smoothly throughout the day.

With 22 players, six rounds of Swiss and a full Top 8 playoff, there's a lot happening behind the scenes to keep matches moving and make sure everyone gets a fair and consistent experience.

We really appreciate you guys putting in the time and effort, especially when you're also trying to enjoy the tournament yourselves!

Thanks for another well run day, team!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Another tournament done, and there's plenty to take away from this one.

Tom Penny proving once again why he's one of our strongest competitors, Ryan Thompson reaching the Grand Final in only his second appearance, and seven year old Jacob Hancox showing that age doesn't have to be a barrier to competing at a high level.

We're also seeing our younger players continuing to challenge the established competitors, while returning players and newcomers are making their way into the Top 8.

The field keeps developing, and the results are getting harder to predict.

Congratulations again to all our podium finishers, and thank you to everyone who joined us for another great day of Beyblade.

We'll see you all at the next BBNZ tournament!

Congratulations again to Vishant for defeating the Beyblade Master and securing his first-ever BBNZ tournament victory!

Spring is here, and thanks to everyone who joined us for our 1st Spring Beyblade X Tournament Auckland | Season 3

We had 26 players competing under BCS Zero, our unrestricted format where players can use any legal Takara Tomy Beyblade X parts, with no duplicate parts within their deck.

We also continued experimenting with different stadium environments throughout the tournament.

The first three rounds of Swiss were played in the BX-32 Wide Stadium, before switching to the traditional BX-10 Extreme Stadium for the remaining three rounds and the finals.

Players are getting increasingly familiar with the Wide Stadium, but switching stadiums halfway through qualifying adds another element to the tournament. What works in one stadium doesn't necessarily translate perfectly into the other, so players had to adapt their approach as the day progressed.

And this tournament gave us a result we've been waiting a long time to see.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‘ SWISS KING

Shahin Luke Ariyazand takes Swiss King!

Shahin put together an excellent qualifying run, finishing 5 and 1 to take the number one seed heading into the Top 8.

Luke Glover and Luke Reyes also finished 5 and 1, making the top of the qualifying standings extremely competitive.

For Shahin, it was another big step forward after only making his BBNZ debut last month.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

And now for the day's results!

πŸ₯‡ 1st Place
πŸ† Vishant Singh

FINALLY!

After nearly two years of competing at BBNZ, multiple podium finishes and several occasions where he came incredibly close, Vishant Singh has finally done it.

His first BBNZ tournament victory and his first tournament win ever.

Vishant qualified fifth with a 4- 2 record, meaning there was still plenty of work ahead of him once the Top 8 began.

He defeated Mahi Singh 4 to 0 in the opening round before facing Swiss King Shahin Ariyazand in the semifinals.

Another 4-0 victory sent Vishant into the Grand Final.

Waiting for him was Luke Reyes.

And after all those previous attempts, second- and third-place finishes, Vishant wasn't letting this opportunity slip away.

Vishant defeated Luke 4 to 0.

Three playoff matches.

Three victories.

12 points scored. Zero conceded.

After spending so long knocking on the door, Vishant finally kicked it open.

Sometimes you just have one of those weekends where everything seems to come together.

Congratulations Vishant. This one has been a long time coming.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ₯ˆ 2nd Place
πŸ₯ˆ Luke Reyes

Luke nearly made it back-to-back gold medals.

After winning our Final Winter Tournament on 29 August, Luke returned and immediately put himself in contention again.

He finished Swiss 5 and 1, defeated Dani Kerrigan 4 to 0 in the Top 8 and then survived an incredibly close 4 to 3 semifinal against Shane Laurie.

Vishant ultimately stopped the back-to-back attempt in the Grand Final, but consecutive Grand Final appearances with a gold and silver are another strong run from Luke.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ₯‰ 3rd Place
πŸ₯‰ Shane Laurie

Another podium for Shane.

After qualifying seventh at 4 and 2, Shane defeated second seed Luke Glover 4 to 2 before taking Luke Reyes all the way to 4 to 3 in the semifinals.

He then faced Swiss King Shahin Ariyazand for third and took the match 4 to 2 to secure another BBNZ podium.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⭐ Tournament Highlights

It was also great to have Isaac Roan back competing with us.

Isaac has been away from BBNZ tournaments while focusing on university, so it was good to see him find some time to return and get back into competitive Beyblade.

Shahin Luke Ariyazand continues to be another interesting player to watch. After only making his BBNZ debut recently, he's already gone from newcomer to Swiss King, finishing ahead of a field containing some of BBNZ's most experienced competitors.

And once again, the Wide Stadium gave everyone something different to think about.

We've now had several events using the BX-32 for 1v1 competition, and players are becoming much more comfortable adapting their strategies to the extra space before switching back to the BX-10.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Spring has started, and we already have another new name on the winners list.

We've watched Vishant come close plenty of times over the past two years. Second places, third places and deep tournament runs, but the gold had always managed to stay just out of reach.

Not this time.

Three playoff matches. Three wins. 12 to 0.

Sometimes persistence eventually gets rewarded.

Congratulations again to Vishant on his first-ever tournament victory, and thank you to everyone who competed and helped us kick off another season of Auckland Beyblade.

Spring has only just started. See you at the next one! 🌸πŸ”₯

We've got some multi-angle goodness with all the tech we have lying around!

A huge thanks to Alex, Owen, and Michael for the epic work setting up both the physical equipment and the more complex software systems like OBS.

While we still have a few teething issues to work through, we're getting there!

Check out some footage from our tournament on 1 August and see the setup in action!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Final Winter Beyblade X Tournament Auckland

This event was played under BCS Zero, our unrestricted format where players can use any legal Takara Tomy Beyblade X parts, with no duplicate parts within their deck.

We also brought back the Wide Stadiums for the first four rounds of Swiss. Although these stadiums are designed for 3-player battles, we used them for 1v1 matches, giving everyone another opportunity to adapt to a different playing environment.

It's been good seeing players become more comfortable with the Wide Stadiums and enjoy the different challenges they bring. With six players making their BBNZ debuts, almost half the field was also experiencing their first tournament with us.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‘ SWISS KING

Owen Garrett takes Swiss King!

Owen finished qualifying with a 7 and 1 record, taking the number one seed ahead of Luke Reyes, who also finished 7 and 1.

His only loss came against Luke in Round 3. From there, Owen won his remaining five qualifying matches to finish at the top of the standings.

Another strong qualifying performance from one of BBNZ's most consistent competitors.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

And now for the day's results!

πŸ₯‡ 1st Place
πŸ† Luke Reyes

Luke finally gets his gold!

After finishing second at our previous tournament on 15 August, Luke came back two weeks later and went one better.

He finished qualifying 7 and 1, defeated Ryan Thompson 4 to 1 in the semifinals, and then faced Owen Garrett in the Grand Final.

Luke had already beaten Owen during Swiss, and he repeated the result when it mattered most, taking the final 4 to 0.

This was Luke's first gold medal of 2026, and his first tournament victory since the inaugural BBNZ Grand Prix.

After consistently putting himself in contention, it was good to see him back on the top step of the podium.

πŸ₯ˆ 2nd Place
πŸ₯ˆ Owen Garrett

Owen continues his strong run of results, adding another Swiss King title and Grand Final appearance to his season.

After finishing qualifying 7 and 1, he defeated Michael Lord 4 to 2 in the semifinals before meeting Luke in the final.

Another tournament where Owen was right in the mix from start to finish.

πŸ₯‰ 3rd Place
πŸ₯‰ Michael Lordie Ord

Defence Lord living up to his name.

Michael committed to a full Defence deck and took it all the way to the podium.

Defence types are often considered underclassed compared with Attack and Stamina in the current Beyblade X environment, but Michael has continued sticking with the playstyle he enjoys rather than simply following the META.

He finished qualifying 5 and 3, reached the Top 4, and then defeated Ryan Thompson 4 to 0 in the third place match.

A great result for Michael and a good reminder that understanding your own deck and how to use it can be just as important as following the latest trends.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⭐ Tournament Highlights

A special mention goes to Ryan Thompson, who made his BBNZ debut after travelling all the way up from Hamilton.

For his first ever Beyblade tournament, Ryan put together an impressive 6 and 2 qualifying record, finished third in Swiss, and reached the Top 4.

Making the playoffs in your first tournament is already a strong result. Doing it against experienced competitors and finishing fourth overall makes it an even better introduction to competitive Beyblade.

We also saw plenty of players continuing to adapt to the Wide Stadiums. The larger playing area changes how battles develop, and it was good seeing everyone experiment, adjust, and enjoy something different from our usual stadium setup.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‹ Welcome to BBNZ!

We had six players making their BBNZ debuts at this tournament.

πŸ”Ή Luke Vanderstappen
πŸ”Ή Noah Pineda
πŸ”Ή Ryan Thompson

Welcome to the community! We hope you all enjoyed your first tournament and look forward to seeing you back at future events.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

And that's a wrap on our final tournament of winter.

This one gave us a bit of everything. Luke returning to the top of the podium, Owen continuing his consistency, Michael showing what a dedicated Defence player can achieve, and Ryan making an immediate impact in his first ever tournament.

It was also great seeing so many new faces joining the community and everyone continuing to adapt to the Wide Stadiums.

Congratulations again to Luke Reyes on his first gold medal of 2026, and thank you to everyone who competed, judged, helped out, and made another BBNZ tournament possible.

Winter is done. We'll see you all at the next BBNZ tournament at the 1st Spring Beyblade X Tournament Auckland | Season 3 | Up to $720 in Prizes!!!

Zero-10 Beyblade X Tournament Auckland | Season 3 | Results

Yes, we had another tournament today, but we're still catching up on our previous results! πŸ˜…

So before we get into today's tournament, let's rewind to 15 August and see what happened at Zero 10 Round 2...

Thanks to everyone who joined us!

This tournament was played under BCS Zero, our unrestricted format where players can use any legal Takara Tomy Beyblade X parts, with no duplicate parts within their deck.

With 14 players attending, we decided to make the most of the smaller field and give everyone as much competitive Beyblade as possible.

Instead of our usual six rounds of Swiss, we were able to run a full 13 round round robin qualifying stage.

That meant everyone played everyone.

Every player got 13 ranked matches in roughly three hours before we even reached the finals. No avoiding difficult matchups and no relying on favourable pairings. By the end of qualifying, every player had faced every other competitor in the tournament.

The size of a tournament doesn't define the quality of the experience. Sometimes a smaller field means more matches, more opportunities to adapt, more time to learn your opponents, and ultimately more Beyblade for everyone.

14 players. 13 rounds. Everyone played everyone.

And after all of that, the top of the standings was incredibly close.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‘ SWISS KING

Paolo Garcia takes Swiss King!

After facing every other player in the tournament, Paolo finished qualifying with an impressive 10 and 3 record to take the number one seed heading into the finals.

Bailey Sharma also finished 10 and 3, making the battle for the top spot incredibly close after 13 rounds.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

And now for the day's results!

πŸ₯‡ 1st Place
πŸ† Cameron Short

What a way to make a return.

Cameron hasn't been able to attend many tournaments recently after welcoming his newborn and spending time with Jenni and the family, but when the opportunity came up to compete again, he made the most of it.

Cameron finished qualifying 9 and 4 before defeating Swiss King Paolo Garcia 4 to 1 in the semifinals and Luke Reyes 4 to 2 in the Grand Final.

After some time away from competition, Cameron comes straight back and takes his second BBNZ gold medal of 2026.

He clearly hasn't lost his touch.

πŸ₯ˆ 2nd Place
πŸ₯ˆ Luke Reyes

Luke put together another strong tournament, finishing qualifying with a 9 and 4 record before defeating Bailey Sharma 4 to 0 in the semifinals to advance to the Grand Final.

He eventually fell to Cameron 4 to 2, but another Grand Final appearance puts Luke right back amongst the top performers.

πŸ₯‰ 3rd Place
πŸ₯‰ Paolo Garcia

After taking Swiss King with a 10 and 3 record, Paolo's run for gold was stopped by Cameron in the semifinals.

That left one final battle against Bailey for the podium, and it couldn't have been much closer.

Paolo eventually took it 4 to 3 to finish third overall.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⭐ Tournament Highlights

Bailey Sharma deserves another mention after putting together one of the strongest qualifying performances of the day.

Bailey finished 10 and 3, matching the Swiss King's win loss record across all 13 rounds and qualifying second overall.

The Top 4 was incredibly tight.

Paolo Garcia: 10 and 3
Bailey Sharma: 10 and 3
Luke Reyes: 9 and 4
Cameron Short: 9 and 4

After everyone had played everyone, only one match separated all four finalists.

That's about as close as it gets.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Another BBNZ tournament done, and this one was a good reminder that bigger doesn't always mean better.

14 players. 13 rounds. Everyone played everyone.

More matches, more opportunities to adapt, and plenty of Beyblade packed into roughly three hours before the finals even began.

And after all of that, a familiar face returned from hiatus and walked away with the gold.

Congratulations again to Cameron Short on his second tournament victory of 2026, and thank you to everyone who came along and made the most of another great day of Beyblade.

And with another tournament already completed today, we've got even more results and stories coming your way!

⚠️ SEASON 3 RANKINGS UPDATE ⚠️
UPDATED 1 AUGUST 2026
━━━━━━━━━━━━

We’re a little late with this one, but we’re officially caught up! The results from our 18 July and 1 August tournaments are now in the books, bringing Season 3 to a massive 97 ranked players.

With the next battle happening tomorrow, the leaderboard is tightening, the challengers are climbing, and standing still is becoming increasingly dangerous.

━━━━━━━━━━━━
S-Class Report
━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ”΄ Ryan Smith continues his reign at Rank #1 and pushes his Season 3 total to a monstrous 805 EXP. The throne belongs to Ryan, and the gap is getting serious.

πŸ”΄ Alex Billingsnow holds Rank #2 with 620 EXP and has forced his way back into the highest level of the rankings.

πŸ”΄ George Westerlund sits at Rank #3 with 600 EXP while his legendary five-month Mount Fuji training arc continues. George may be away training with the Beyblade Senseis, but his 600 EXP is still enough to hold S-Class for now.

Shane Laurie is only 20 EXP behind him, which means S-Class has become merciless. There are only three positions at the top, and everyone underneath them is hunting for one.

━━━━━━━━━━━━
A-Class Spotlight
━━━━━━━━━━━━

🟑 Shane Laurie sits at Rank #4 with 580 EXP and is now just 20 EXP away from George Westerlund.

🟑 Owen Garrett holds Rank #5 with 520 EXP, Tom Penny sits at Rank #6 with 510 EXP, and Gerard Vonrich Antipolo holds Rank #7 with 430 EXP.

🟑 Vyrxzavier Fumio Antipolo climbs +2 into Rank #8 with 410 EXP, while Paolo Garcia sits at Rank #9 with 400 EXP and Luke Reyes follows at Rank #10 with 395 EXP.

Look at those gaps. Only 10 EXP separates Rank #5 and Rank #6, only 10 EXP separates Rank #8 and Rank #9, and just 5 EXP separates Rank #9 and Rank #10.

A-Class has become a pressure cooker. One tournament could completely rearrange the Top 10, and anyone chasing S-Class is going to have to fight through some of the strongest Bladers in BBNZ to get there.

━━━━━━━━━━━━
Top Rank Climbers
━━━━━━━━━━━━

🟒 JM Bondocc absolutely launches through the leaderboard with the biggest climb of the update, gaining a massive +17 positions and reaching Rank #31.

🟒 Arthur Cameron rockets +16 positions into Rank #37.

🟒 Trent Lankshear storms upward +11 positions into Rank #43.

🟒 Kieran Hollis powers +5 positions into Rank #35,

Nobody in the lower classes should believe the leaders are unreachable. One monster tournament can change everything.

THE BATTLE CONTINUES

97 ranked players. Three S-Class positions. Ten places inside the Top 10. Limited seats waiting at the BBNZ Grand Prix.

Ryan Smith has built a fortress at the top with 805 EXP. Alex Billings has returned to S-Class. George Westerlund remains on Mount Fuji. Shane Laurie is only 20 EXP away from breaking through.

And tomorrow, 15 August 2026, Season 3 continues.

The leaderboard you see today is not safe.

Who takes the next massive leap? Who breaks into the Top 10? Who gets dragged out? And can anyone begin closing the enormous gap to Rank #1?

Zero-10 Beyblade X Tournament Auckland | Season 3 | Results!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for today's Zero 10 Tournament!

This event was played under BCS Zero, our unrestricted format where every legal Takara Tomy Beyblade X part is available. With the release of Glory Valkyrie, this tournament allowed everyone to put the newest release to the test and see whether it could live up to the hype.

The level of play was incredibly high from the very first round. There were plenty of upsets throughout the day, but what stood out even more was the sportsmanship shown by everyone. Win or lose, players kept things positive, respected their opponents, and helped make this one of the best atmospheres we've had at a BBNZ tournament.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‘ SWISS KING

Vyrxzavier Fumio Antipolo delivered a flawless qualifying performance, finishing 6 - 0 to claim Swiss King and secure the number one seed heading into the finals.

Although his tournament ended earlier than expected in the playoffs, another undefeated Swiss run is an incredible achievement and further cements him as one of BBNZ's strongest competitors.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ† Final Results

πŸ₯‡ 1st Place
πŸ† Tom Penny

Tom Penny continues his incredible form, capturing his second BBNZ gold medal of 2026. Another composed performance throughout the finals saw him finish the day with a commanding 4 to 0 victory in the Grand Final.

Tom continues to prove why he's one of the players everyone has to beat.

πŸ₯ˆ 2nd Place
πŸ₯ˆ JM Bondoc

Welcome back!

After several months away from competition, JM returned in style. Qualifying eighth before fighting his way through the playoffs all the way to the Grand Final was an outstanding effort and one of the biggest stories of the day.

πŸ₯‰ 3rd Place
πŸ₯‰ Ryan Smith

Ryan continues his remarkable consistency, once again finding himself on the BBNZ podium with another strong tournament performance.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⭐ Tournament Highlights

A huge welcome back goes to JM Bondoc, Kieran Hollis, and Trent Lankshear, who all returned after extended breaks from competitive Beyblade.

Seeing experienced players return and immediately perform at such a high level made today's tournament even more exciting.

Congratulations also to Arthur Cameron, who reached another Top 4 finish after a strong qualifying performance.

A special mention goes to Frank Briggs, who continues to impress despite being one of the youngest competitors in the BBNZ community. Another Top 8 finish against a field filled with experienced players shows just how quickly he's developing.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

πŸ‘‹ Welcome to BBNZ!

Today we also welcomed three new players to the community.

πŸ”Ή Shafiullah Khan
πŸ”Ή Bailey Hetaraka

We hope you all enjoyed your first BBNZ tournament and look forward to seeing you back at future events!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Every tournament tells a different story.

Today's story was one of returning competitors making an immediate impact, familiar faces continuing their consistency, new players joining the community, and a tournament played in the true spirit of competition.

As always, thank you to everyone who competed, judged, helped set up, and contributed to another fantastic day of Beyblade.

We'll see you all at the next BBNZ tournament! On the 15th August 2026!
